WHAT IS AT SHAKE IN THE PRESENT AND FUTURE OF THE GUINE BISSAU
- Total insecurity
- Lack of serious dialogue, lack of trust creating of building up tensions
- Worrying socio-economic situation
- Lack of natural resources development
- Lack of agricultural,health and educational development
- Need of institutional reform and of State modernization
- Settlement problems and improper appropriation of the State patrimony
- Poor distribution of the national productivity
- Ineffective judicial machinery
FRANCISCO BENANTE’S VISION
1.- Consolidate the participial democracy and guarantee the separation of powers within the context of the interdependence instituted according to the constitution ; all of the above in order to restore and reinforce the State authority and to guarantee the individuals and press freedom
2.- Re-educate the Guinea Bissau population with the credo of working hard specially in the agricultural area
3. – Develop the activities generating added value based on the development of ground, underground and sea resources particularly the manpower resources.
4.- Favour the active participation of the diaspora.
